STS Preferred-Plus Program

As a Prefered-Plus Program member, you have access to expert technical advice and assistance anytime and anywhere in the country. When you experience a problem with your aircraft - STS comes to you. Membership also makes any problem you might encounter a top priority. When you call us - we come to you (sometimes in as little as a few hours). And your problem is taken care of - fast.

When an STS technician arrives at your aircraft, he will troubleshoot and diagnose the problem and either:

  • A. Fix the problem on the spot
    or
  • B. Act as your technical advisor when dealing with a service shop, assuring that you get the right part at the right price - and in the quickest time possible.
